- Graduates of other University Departments with a relative relevance to the subject of the postgraduate study program in question who are judged by the relevant postgraduate student selection committee on a case-by-case basis.
Foreign university graduates
- Graduates of foreign Universities, in a related specialty, after presenting the equivalence of their degree from the competent body.
