The MSc was re-established in accordance with No. 8620/20/ΓΠ/8.5.2020 decision of the Senate of the University of Thessaly (Government Gazette 1975/22.5.2020, t'B), and has been operating successfully since the academic year 2015-2016 . It is the only postgraduate that operates in Greek Higher Education and specializes in the subjects of: conducting applied research on advanced and integrated methods of strategic management, design, production, quality control and effective disposal of innovative wood and furniture products starting from the conception of the idea, the market research, continuing with the design, the construction, the control, the certification and ending with the promotion and successful commercial course of these in cooperation with appropriate bodies to improve their international competitiveness, gaining the impressions and recognition from the first years of its operation.

Mission of the Program is the training of specialized and competent executives of businesses and services, entrepreneurs and researchers, so that they can dynamically respond to the modern demanding professional and business environment. In addition, it promotes the knowledge of postgraduate students in the specific subjects of the MSc and prepares PhD candidates.
