TUITION FEES

The tuition fees amount to €2800 per postgraduate student for the whole of each study cycle and are paid in two installments of €1400 at the beginning of the first two semesters of study.

According to article 35, par. 2 of Law 4485/2017, it is possible to exempt from tuition fees, Postgraduate Program students, at a rate that does not exceed 30% of the total number of students admitted to the MSc"whose individual income, if they have the same income, and the equivalent family available income do not independently exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the individual, and seventy percent (70%) of the family national median disposable equivalent income, according to the most recently published data of the Hellenic Statistical Authority. This exemption is granted for participation in a single MSc."

Also, according to paragraph 3 of article 35, of Law 4485/2017, "the application for exemption from tuition fees is submitted after the completion of the selection process of the students of the MSc. The financial situation of a candidate is in no way a reason for non-selection to MSc. Those who receive a scholarship from another source are not entitled to an exemption".

The reciprocal benefits that postgraduate students receive from the tuition fees they pay are:

The provision of high quality specialized training by renowned scientists in the field on days and hours outside of their normal hours (Friday afternoon and Saturday morning).

Uninterrupted support and guidance in course work throughout the course period.

Uninterrupted support and guidance in the preparation of their research thesis, where many extra hours of work are required.

Free access to the rich educational material posted by each teacher in the e-class, as well as in the Foundation's library.

The receipt of scholarships with academic criteria corresponding to exemption from tuition fees.

The organization of educational visits to companies.

The acquisition of additional knowledge by the realization of lectures by invited speakers of international prestige.

The use of the Foundation's modern facilities, fully equipped with computers, projectors, instruments, etc., and of course covering all operating costs.

The potential use of the equipment to carry out both the courses and the research carried out by et al.

Submission of applications

SCHOLARSHIPS

Based on the Graduate Studies Regulation, as well as the provisions of paragraph 4 of article 35 of Law 4485/2017, scholarships are granted to students based on academic criteria.

More specifically, excellence scholarships are provided:
One (1) scholarship to the student who completes the highest grade in the 5 courses of the 1st semester, which is equivalent to a one (1) semester tuition fee waiver, i.e. a value of €1400.
One (1) scholarship to the student who completes the highest grade in the 5 courses of the 2nd semester, which is equivalent to a one (1) semester tuition fee waiver, i.e. a value of €1400.
A scholarship is not granted if the graduate student is already receiving a scholarship from another source.

Finally, it is possible to grant excellence scholarships to students who will receive the highest scores in all ten (10) courses of the MSc, which are equivalent to the exemption of tuition fees or part thereof, which may be offered by businesses related to the subject of the MSc, as long as they are accepted by the MSc Coordinating Committee or the Department Assembly.
